Dilara Buyukyilmaz

Dilara holds a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences. She began her career in academia and went on to build international experience in learning design and educational technologies across different educational contexts.
Her work focuses on corporate digital transformation and the design of technology-enabled learning experiences. She specializes in translating complex topics into structured learning solutions that support capability development and organizational change.
In 2024, Dilara co-founded Windmill Training. She combines expertise in learning science, instructional design, and digital technologies to design custom learning and capability development solutions that help organizations build sustainable skills, enable change, and strengthen workforce readiness in evolving environments.
Sercan Buyukyilmaz
CO-FOUNDER
Sercan holds an engineering degree and has built international experience in project management, project control, and planning within large-scale clean energy projects.
His work focuses on managing complex transformation initiatives, particularly in highly regulated and technically demanding environments. He brings strong expertise in operational execution, systems thinking, and performance-driven project delivery.
At Windmill Training, Sercan adds value by translating strategic ambitions into structured roadmaps, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring that learning and transformation initiatives are grounded in real-world execution.
